Food From Thought: Skills for Communicating Change in Agri-food Scholarship
Food from Thought at the University of Guelph is now accepting applications for a new funding opportunity for graduate students, Skills for Communicating Change in the Agri-food Sector. Food from Thought is seeking emerging scholars who are passionately committed to fostering sustainable agriculture, promoting nutritious and equitable diets, and developing resilient supply chains for a successful Canadian agri-food system.
These scholarships (up to twelve) are valued at $10,000 to support University of Guelph graduate students whose research focuses on agriculture and food.
Students entering or registered in any full-time graduate program who will be participating in research focused on agriculture and food and who are (or will be) registered in UNIV*6050 Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Agri-Food Systems for the first time in the upcoming fall semester are eligible to apply. (Arrell Scholars, Ontario Agri-Food Innovation Alliance – Food from Thought HQP Award Recipients and anyone who has already taken the UNIV*6050 course are not eligible.)
